Bayblend FR 110

Bayblend FF110 resin is an easy-flow, flame-retardant blend of Makrolon polycarbonate and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) resins. The flame-retardant additive in this grade is antimony/bromine/chlorine-free. Bayblend FR110 exhibits excellent weld-line strength, high heat resistance, and high impact strength. This resin is supplied in pellet form for injection molding applications. It is naturally opaque and available in custom colors and with special visual effects.

Celcon M90

Celcon acetal copolymer grade M90 is a medium viscosity polymer providing optimum performance in general purpose injection molding and extrusion of thin walled tubing and thin gauge film. This grade provides overall excellent performance in many applications.

Crastin S600F20

Celcon acetal copolymer grade M90 is a medium viscosity polymer providing optimum performance in general purpose injection molding and extrusion of thin walled tubing and thin gauge film. This grade provides overall excellent performance in many applications.

Cycolac MG47

Multi-purpose, injection molding ABS providing a favorable balance of engineering properties.

Cycoloy C1200HF

PC+ABS, excellent flow/impact/high heat resistance. Low temperature ductility.

Delrin 500P

Medium viscosity acetal homopolymer with improved processing.

Lustran 248

Lustran 248 is a high-gloss, medium-impact grade of ABS. This general-purpose injection molding grade offers a good balance of physical properties. It also complies with FDA regulation 21 CFR 181.32 for repeated-use food contact applications in certain colors.

Lustran 348

Lustran 348 is an injection molding grade of ABS with medium-impact and high-gloss. Features include: healthcare certifications, high gloss, medium impact, FDA modified ISO 10993-1 requirements, US Pharmacopeia 23 Class VI test requirements, UL classification 94HB. Common applications include: Components of intravenous (IV) systems, surgical instruments, diagnostic test kits, UL classification 94HB.

Makrolon 2258

MVR (300°C/1.2kg) 14c cm³/10 min; medical devices; suitable for ETO and steam sterilization at 121°; biocompatible according to many ISO 10993-1 test requirements; medium viscosity; easy release; injection molding - melt temperature 280 -320°C; available in transparent and opaque colors

Makrolon 2405

General purpose; low viscosity; easy release; injection molding - melt temperature 280-320 degrees C; black.

Noryl 731F-701S

Noryl® modified PPO is a strong engineering plastic with outstanding mechanical, thermal, and electrical properties. Low moisture absorption and low thermal expansion make Noryl one of the most dimensionally stable thermoplastics available. Noryl is widely used for electrical housings and structural components since it has excellent insulating properties, flame resistance, and dimensional stability over a wide range of service temperatures.

Noryl 731S

Noryl 73 1S resin is a non-reinforced blend of Polyphenylene (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection molding resin is FC EU, FDA food contact compliant and has NSF/ANSI 61, ACS, WRAS, and KTW-WBGL listings for selected colors and manufacturing locations. Noryl 73 1S resin exhibits good surface appearance, high ductility, low moisture absorption, dimensional and hydrolytic stability. Noryl 73 1S resin is an excellent cadidate for a variety of water management applications such as valves, filtration components, and water meter internals.

Texin 245D

Texin 245D resin is an aromatic polyester-based thermoplastic polyurethane with a Shore hardness of approximately 43D. It can be processed by injection molding; extrusion processes are not recommended.
